GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a multi discipline building & surveying practice that is going through a substantial growth period, recruiting for experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor / Principal Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to work across Scotland covering a mutually agreeable region with potentially a Management / Directorship opportunity in the near future for the right applicant.
Applicants can be based anywhere in Scotland for this key role.

This role would be working closely with Insurance Companies (Insurance Claims Surveying), Large Corporations, Estate Managers, High Net Worth Individuals & Property Owners covering both Public & Private sectors.
The role will be to manage and develop surveying and engineering work in Scotland, working from home, with a view to establish an office in Scotland in due course.
