GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in close partnership with a well established Building Services company recruiting for an experienced Dispatch Planning Coordinator (Plumbing & Heating division) on an initial 3-6 months contract (potentially longer / permanent) to work in a small team taking high volume incoming calls from customers & planning / dispatching the Plumbers / Engineers to the live jobs focusing on high level customer service at all times.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong inbound / outbound call taking experience, working at pace effectively planning / scheduling works, working Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00 staggered starts & finishes to cover from 08:00 – 17:00 daily working a 37.5 hour week, with half hours lunch)
Although initially a temporary contract this does have the real possibility of going permanent in order to meet business needs.
